Hello everyone, my name is Bethan Pratten, I am 21 years old and I am currently studying to achieve my BSc Psychology degree. I have a passion for all things beauty, fitness & life. I will spend a majority of time posting about what I eat, beauty finds, travelling adventures, fitness routines I find useful and also scientific research behind a plant based diet.
